Founded in 2016, Ray Harvey estate agency is a consulting firm that is specialized in rental building sales and acquisition in Quebec city. Its multidisciplinary team covers the following areas of expertise: sales and acquisition, acquisition strategic plan, estate portfolio management, risk management and market analysis.

Mandate : We were mandated by our client to produce a quarterly report for the Quebec metropolitan area. This multiplex market research provides readers and investors with indicators needed to make judicious decisions when buying, selling or managing income properties. Since this report is to be published four times a year, the client needed to be able to edit and update its content themselves. We presented them with a simple and efficient design for the report, as well as a template and a easy-to-use editing guide to assure visual consistency in its future versions.
