
LA MESSE

La Messe is both a record label and a series of events that takes place in Switzerland since November 2015. The organization offers nightlife techno experiences in spacious locations, where people get immersed in a dark and sober atmosphere. La Messe aims to provide its audience a space of utter liberation. No dress code, but with body consciousness and the freedom of self expression.
Mandate: The label approached us when looking to promote its arrival onto the European electronic scene. The label’s founder first asked us to create their brand identity. They wanted an image that would suggest something like a mysterious cult. With that in mind, we came up with a composition consisting of a hexagonal shape in which triangular sub-branches are generated. The final design evokes sacred geometry and symbols associated with alchemy. We eventually produced a full stationery kit, as well as print and digital campaigns for a series of events that the hosted at the Borderline Club in Basel, Switzerland.
